Ms. Tracy Birkinbine has been a licensed counselor and psychotherapist for over 15 years. She's spent the last few years doing online OCD therapy, and her background extends into treating anxiety, depression, and other mental health cases in both private practice and outpatient settings. She enjoys working with people who commit to positive change, and with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, she can change a patient's life by putting their OCD troubles behind them. During treatment at NOCD's clinics in Saint Louis, MO, Miami, FL, Chicago, IL, and Milwaukee, WI, Ms. Birkinbine asks patients to identify the challenges that OCD makes them face every day. She earned a graduate degree from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, and a master's degree in counseling from Lindenwood University.
