Taking that first brave step toward healing can feel intimidating at first. In order to be successful on your journey to better mental health, you need to feel safe and supported. That is my mission; for my clients to feel heard, understood, and to learn some healthy tools needed in navigating past trauma or daily stressors so that they feel less overwhelming.
I have training in trauma work, and I have a focus on attachment and the impact on our ability to be in relationship with others. I especially value working with clients, couples, and families to build stronger communication, empathy, assertiveness, and perspective. Working together, focused on growth within a culture of acceptance and never judgement.
My therapeutic style is grounded in recognizing the strengths of each client, and I believe strongly in resilience, hope, and healing for people of all ages and circumstances.
