Hi, my name is Don

I am have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and have been a therapist for over 13 years. During that time I have realized that what often distresses us is our reactions to our past that trouble us in the present.

My underlying school of thought is humanistic, which means that you are at the center of the approach. Your thoughts lead to your actions, and by exploring these thoughts you will be able to make meaningful actions.

I believe that individuals have the knowledge and the answers that they are seeking. I assist in bringing about insights that lead to individuals striving to be the best versions of themselves.
