Hello and welcome! My name is Traci and if you are here and reading this you have taken the first step toward your goals and the future that you are looking for. I know that looking for mental health services can be an intimidating and daunting task but now that you are here I hope that I am able to assist you on your path.

Since graduating from Adelphi University I have attained licensing as a clinical social worker and credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor in the state of New York. For the past 7 years I have worked with a variety of people assisting them in obtaining their goals. I have had the privilege of working in different settings, giving me experience in supporting treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar, substance use disorders, trauma, and other life stressors. I believe that each person is an individual, no two people travel the same path though they may seem similar. Because of this I utilize a variety of approaches in working with people including DBT, CBT, client centered therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness. As a trauma informed therapist I believe that it’s important that you feel that you are heard and able to determine where you’re going.
