I approach therapy in a radically genuine way. I’m a fellow human being who really cares and uses skills to help you achieve your changes.? Clients - Individuals I have worked with a broad range of clients from diverse walks of life. I particularly specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, excessive rumination (depression) and in providing support through life transitions. I also have a deep history of helping with concerns about substances or addiction.? Techniques I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) skilled in a variety of approaches. I am specifically trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy. These frameworks and tools help to highlight and resolve painful experiences from the past and point the way to better paths forward. I borrow heavily from Mindfulness practices and can help teach you several useful coping skills.
