We all know that hurtful emotional experiences, trauma, stress and anger, confidence issues, complex life changes, depression, anxiety, and substance misuse impact our ability to thrive and form healthy relationships. I have acquired many years of behavioral health experience helping people overcome these issues. I have a strengths-focused, skills-based, integrated approach. I also use powerful transformative tools like hypnotic psychotherapy, 3rd wave therapies (DBT, ACT, CBT), EMDR, and other mindful reprocessing, to maximize treatment effects.
My mission is to help people bring about meaningful life change using straightforward and effective techniques. I will help you raise your awareness and become an expert of your situations. Then I will teach you how to tap into your innate, inner strength to address your issues.
