I am licensed in Massachusetts and California (LMHC: Licensed Mental Health Counselor and LPCC: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) with over 6 years of experience as a licensed therapist.

I have worked for years with adults who are struggling to find joy, satisfaction, balance in their lives. Using a gentle and empathetic approach that draws upon evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy and Family Systems work, I will help you to feel stronger and more resilient so that you may confidently face the challenges that inevitably arise during times of transition and change.

Change requires more than just contemplation. Though the “talk” part of talk therapy is essential to improving quality of life; follow through, practice and new habits are also crucial to creating lasting change. I will help to create a working plan so that your therapy insights stays with you throughout your week, not just during our 45 minutes sessions together.

I firmly believe that we are all doing our best with the resources and skills that we possess at any given moment. This means that we can aim to do better through therapy, while also having compassion for our present self. It is never too late to make positive changes in your life.
