My therapy style is warm, interactive and practical. I believe Respect is the key to maximizing a therapeutic relationship. I believe I’m creating an atmosphere of non- judgement as paving the way to freedom, honesty with oneself, radically accept and move towards change. My approach combines with Dialectical Behavior Therapy’s, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused and Reality Therapy. I will tailor our dialogue to meet your specific needs.
