Greetings, I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over twenty years of experience working with clients and their families. My background is in treating complex trauma, attachment issues, complex family systems and dual diagnosis in a clinical care setting. I have recently transitioned to an outpatient remote setting working with clients across the county. I continue to specialize in treating trauma and attachment and run an adoption group. I am also currently a parent coach with Solutions Parenting Support, working specifically with parents whose kids have mental health challenges. I use a client focused and mindfulness based approach to help clients identify needs, set goals and work through and towards what they need.
