Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah, I completed my master’s program in 2018 and have been providing therapy since then. Previously, I worked as a social worker focusing my work on family and children. As a therapist I have worked with clients on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting and relationship issues.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and trauma focused therapy. I am also currently on my way to becoming EMDR trained and I am able to provide that service as well. My counseling style is interactive, client centered, nonjudgmental and direct.
My schedule is pretty flexible during the week, if you don't see availability message me and I might be able to put you on the schedule.
