About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, non-profit, public sector, community crisis response, and rehabilitation centers. I received my undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Georgia Southern University and Obtained a Master of Social Work degree from University of Georgia. I have provided support to individuals experiencing normal life transitions, as well as, those living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. I believe wholeheartedly in the mind-body connection and the ability of our bodies and minds to strengthen and persevere, regardless of what life throws at us.

For many of us, life can get overwhelming and we find it difficult to navigate and cope. That is where I come in! I provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself. The goal is that you can continue your journey and reach your full potential. My approach is from a Bio-psycho-social-spiritual and holistic lens that takes into account the whole-being. I look forward to working with you!
