About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, with a master’s degree in transpersonal counseling psychology from Naropa University. I have extensive experience working with addiction and substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and spiritual exploration and growth. My counseling approach is primarily influenced by gestalt, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapy, as well as Inner Child Work and the expressive arts. It is my belief that healing trauma and addictions, and supporting a client’s journey to living from greater authenticity and wholeness, comes from acknowledging and affirming all parts of ourselves and taking loving actions that support our body, heart, and mind.
