I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an owner of a coaching company. I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals in all stages of growth and development, as well as personal and professional growth. I work with transition coaching, depression, anxiety and stress management.
I have a warm, engaging coaching style, as I believe we build on your strengths and style. I will share lots of resources and tools to support our work, as it is important to me that you develop your own customized "toolbox" that will support you in and after our work together.
I incorporate self-care and compassion, mindfulness-based tools and resources, life coaching resources for optimal growth in order to help you get through challenges with greater growth and resilience and thrive! I work with adult individuals through life and transitions, as well as couples and businesses. I have worked in health care, non-profits and NGO's, educational settings and primarily in private practice. I look forward to meeting you!
