Hello and Welcome! Let's face it: sex and intimacy can be a bit complicated, no matter how old you are or how long you've been sexually active. Things come up, our bodies change, and sexual desires evolve. This can sometimes cause confusion and disruption in our lives. No one should feel they are navigating this alone. Allow me to create a safe space for you to become a master at communicating your needs, feel more comfortable in your body, and experience safe and pleasurable intimate encounters. As a licensed clinical social worker, I embrace and value the uniqueness of each individual as they enter a process of self-discovery and healing. I believe every individual is unique, and therapy should be tailored to meet the needs of the individual, family and/or couple.
