Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in both Wyoming and Idaho. I have 6 years of experience in working with a variety of mental and emotional health concerns in all age groups. I graduated from Utah State University in 2011 with my Masters degree.
I am trained in several treatment modalities including, but not limited to: person centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
My therapy style has a holistic and strengths-based approach. I am concerned about you as a whole person, your relationships, your work, your spirituality, and your total health.
