About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wyoming and Utah with over 9 years of experience in providing counseling and direct mental health to my clients. I have a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I have worked with a wide variety of clients including those who struggle with severe mental illnesses, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, interpersonal problems, coping, grief and loss, and low self-esteem. I have provided group therapy, substance abuse group therapy, and individual therapy in a community health agency, drug court and recently open my private practice.
I have been trained and or certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR), Neurofeedback, Evidence-Based Trauma Treatment and Interventions, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
My goal is to provide clients a safe haven where they can obtain the tools, knowledge, and confidence to face the world on their own and be able to lead happy, productive lives.
