In life we are faced with many challenges that sometimes become discouraging. My goal is to work with you in improving your life and overcome those challenges, by providing an emotionally safe space in which you are able to effectively work through those hurdles. You will be met with an approach that is tailored to your life experiences. I believe that by doing so, I am able to help my clients develop the cognitive and emotional skills needed to help navigate them through those tough times. Collaboratively we discover your core needs and ways to unblock whatever might be keeping you from your potential. I have worked with many individuals, couples, and families on an array of emotional and behavioral issues. I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
