Hello! My name is Tiffany, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I earned my Master of Counseling degree from the University of Missouri (Go MU Tigers!). I am passionate about wellness. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings including, outpatient, school-based, and telephonic. I have experience working with children and adults with a broad range and severity of clinical issues. Over the past several years, I have worked telephonically as well as provided EAP consultation.

I utilize a few theoretical approaches, but most identify with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused therapy, Person -Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I believe that we all hit places in life where we get stuck, I see my role as a guide to help you utilize your strengths to become unstuck. I believe that we are each learning, evolving and growing. I view counseling as an active exchange where each party is challenged to expand for the better. I believe in equipping my clients with the tools needed to face future challenges in life with success.
