I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with youth and adults. I have worked with clients who are facing difficulties related to past trauma, lack of self-esteem, anxiety and depression, loneliness, lack of direction and many other concerns. My style is to meet clients where they are without judgement. I believe the therapeutic relationship should be one built on trust and a mutual understanding of the client's goals. I will provide you a safe place to discuss your concerns and together we will discover ways in which you can feel better and receive what you need from our work with each other. My goal is your goal. I believe everyone has value and worth. If you are lacking either, I want to help you discover, or rediscover, both. I want you to walk away from our time together feeling better, feeling confident and feeling satisfied that your needs were met.
