I know it can be difficult to reach out for help, so one of my objectives is for our sessions to be a safe space for you. I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship by providing an empathetic, non-judgmental space for us to work together towards your wellbeing. What is your approach to therapy? I'm passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image & self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, stress, and OCD. I utilize different evidence-based therapy modalities to individualize our work together based on your unique needs including CBT, Relational Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and the Unified Protocol. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Whether you are struggling with your relationship with food, anxious thoughts that take up too much space in your mind, or behaviors interfering with achieving your goals, I'm here to help you develop ways to find relief. I provide teletherapy from the comfort of your own home, and I offer evening & weekend sessions. I look forward to working with you!
