As your counselor, I am here to support you in finding meaning, creating comfort, and uncovering resources to help you be your best self. Taking a strength-based, client-centered, multidisciplinary approach, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate and work at your pace to reach your goals. I do not believe in a “one-size fits all approach” to treatment. My work has consisted of serving men, women and couples from a variety of backgrounds on issues including: trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, boundaries, grief and loss, career transitions, positive parenting, and other mental health and life concerns.

It is an honor and privilege for me to do this work. Counseling allows you to process your feelings in a safe and supported environment. This therapeutic work often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and relief from feelings of distress. My goal is to help you be a happier, healthier you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate (LCASA). I chose to pursue my graduate education in order to try to make a difference in the community. I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, graduating with Honors Distinction in 2012. I have worked in a variety of settings, providing inpatient and outpatient services.
