Welcome. I'm Joyce and would like to get to know you and help you. Change is hard. Sometimes no matter how you want to feel or act differently, it seems impossible. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and, PTSD are my focus areas. I also have experience with those who are going through the transgender process. If you have been through abusive situations, served in the military, police or rescue as as responder, are grieving over a loss or separation, trying to better your social skills and reduce your anxiety, I would like to assist you through a healing journey. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy so you can learn to cope, overcome and make the changes you want to make.
