About
I help my clients form meaningful connections to themselves and their life experiences in a mindful, relaxed environment. By utilizing person-centered therapy and expressive arts, I work from the inside out: building relationships, self worth, and the skills necessary to navigate the social-emotional realm while shifting problematic behaviors and interactions to more positive expressions of wants and needs. I genuinely empathize with my clients and understand what it means for someone to ask: what help do I need, how can I access it, who can I trust to provide it, and what do I do next? Every individual, couple, and family comes to therapy with unique needs and goals in mind. Together, we tailor therapy to meet those needs and goals in a way that is intentional and supportive. My practice is 100% affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals-you are wholeheartedly welcome here.
