Tiffany Carlson holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Tiffany is a licensed mental health counselor and certified addictions professional in the state of Florida, and an LPC in Texas and Oregon. Tiffany has been in the industry for over eleven years with an emphasis on addictions, dual-diagnosis mental health such as bipolar, anxiety and depression as well as experience working with the persistently mentally ill population and children with developmental disabilities. Tiffany specializes in issues related to low self-esteem, codependency, attachment issues, body image issues, relationship triggers, negative and unhealthy cognitions, poor impulse control, and emotional self-regulation.
