I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC), an avid mental health advocate. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, codependency issues, self-esteem issues, anger management issues and other emotional struggles. My passion as a therapist is to assist you in developing skills to help you find happiness and balance from within. I strive to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable to explore your thoughts, behaviors, emotions and choices to find manageable solutions to enable you move forward in life with confidence, calm and purpose. Change can be unfamiliar, scary, and difficult. However, the therapeutic process can be life changing as you gain a better understanding of yourself. I believe in meeting each individual where they are to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can build a valuable therapeutic relationship.
