I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with four years of experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I employ a variety of evidence-based therapies in my practice including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I strive to be warm, approachable, and pragmatic in my practice of therapy. I believe it takes tremendous courage to ask for help. I will endeavor to learn about you, your values, your struggles, and what makes you tick. We will work together to develop a plan for your treatment and ensure your goals for therapy are met.
