I can help reduce your anxiety, and depression, improve your relationship, or change careers. Let's get started! My approach Each person is a unique individual. I take a thorough history and then let the client lead me to where we need to go. I use cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy as my major tools. Christian counseling is also available. My focus I work with people who have anxiety disorders, depression, relationship problems, ADHD, insomnia, job stressors, career change, divorce, veterans, military, and Christians, My communication style In my first session, I ask a lot of questions about you to get a good history. After that, I listen and let you lead the way with what you want to discuss, what goals you have, and how you want to get there. I can be directive if you need that.
