About

My ideal client would be one that is ready to end treatment having attained the needs for continuing recovery including feeling stable mentally, having established a healthy routine and support and feel secure enough to complete their treatment offer a collaborative effort, knowing that it takes a team effort to accomplish both short-term and long-term goals by identifying action steps together. I believe it's important to meet clients where they are, provide an opportunity to express their feelings, and listen to what they have to say in order to get the results that improve their current circumstances or struggles. Welcome and congratulations on taking your first step towards change! I know, based on my experience, that this may seem to be a little overboard but, trust me when I tell you, this IS the beginning and a huge accomplishment! For change to happen, we all need to acknowledge that we need a change, and that we're ready and willing to take action. I'm hoping that with both of us reaching for new possibilities, we can overcome the barriers and obstacles that have brought you here. I'm looking forwards to seeing you soon!
