Hello and welcome to your journey of self-discovery! I treat everyone as a whole person with a unique story that I respect and share compassion with. I believe you are more than any diagnosis and that change is possible when you are ready for it and guided to make it happen.

I have successfully helped clients gain understanding of themselves, others, their situations, and what to do about it in high risk and/or ongoing conflictual situations. This includes trauma and abuse, anger management, mood issues, low motivation or esteem, exploration of purpose and identity, life and career coaching, adjustments and transitions, parenting and family training, academic and learning skills & conduct and impulse control.

Therapy is a challenging yet rewarding step toward mastery of your life. And you are worth it!
