About

I am a licensed profession counselor with a wide range of experiences. Throughout my 13 + years in the field, I have worked in residential treatment centers for adolescents and hospitals with adults dealing with depressions, anxiety, family issues, PTSD, and substance abuse.

My counseling style is direct and interactive. My clinical approach combines cognitive behavioral, narrative, and solution focused therapies. When working with addiction, I am 12 step abstinence based. Our clinical work and treatment plan will be designed based on your needs and personal goals.

I believe that asking for help is the first step in making better decisions in your life. Together we can work through any issue and achieve success. My only request is that you are honest and open about your presenting problem and are willing to take the necessary steps.
