About
I prefer to blend a variety of treatment modalities based on where the client is. Beginning with Narrative Therapy focuses on the client’s story about their life. Exploring the stories we tell supports externalizing issues and empowers the client to: deconstruct the story and create a new account. Hence, they no longer operate from the previous narrative of what is and what is not; in this space. CBT is needed to modify and change cognition that affects behavioral patterns—gradually moving over to Solution-Focused Therapy, getting clear on goals, vision, and intention—integrating life coaching techniques with Experiential Therapy to build self-esteem and reach goals through committed action.
