Hi, I'm Teresa! (she, her, hers) I provide support to: Children, teens, young adults, middle-aged adults, and older adults, Students and working professionals, Couples and families I can help you with: Anger management Depression Anxiety Trauma/ PTSD ADHD Family conflict, interpersonal problems Life stressors Grief/ bereavement I have twenty years of experience helping clients. My primary therapy modalities include: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Behavior Modification, Psychoanalysis, Spirituality, and Christian Counseling. Personally and professionally, I value life itself, and I understand the importance of protecting, enjoying, and living it to its fullest potential. My hobbies include reading, exercising, and playing volleyball. I support my clients by helping them explore and develop their own healthy hobbies that will allow them to destress, find peace, and overcome challenges.
