Welcome! Thank you for taking the first step in your new journey. Here, I offer a safe space to allow you to be completely authentic and vulnerable. We wear so many masks for many different people; It’s helpful and encouraging to just relax, unwind and then grow in a completely accepting environment that we create together.

I am based in New York and have 15 years of experience as Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the mental health and alcohol and substance abuse field. Although my experience is primarily with women, all are more than welcome. I have worked with age groups from adolescent to adult with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, fear, self-esteem and self-love. I am eclectic with my use of therapeutic modalities that cater to the individual client’s needs; however my main practice includes mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Theory. I truly believe that overall wellness occurs by treating the mind, body and spirit; therefore, techniques including breath work, meditation and energy healing are incorporated into my practice.
