I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 16 years of experience.

Life can be very difficult to navigate from the daily stressors of work, social media, and relationships to the struggles that you have internally. In therapy, I will use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to identify and correct the unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaving that are negatively affecting your life. I have experience with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, relationship struggles, and self-harm.
