Hello,

Welcome to the start of your wellness journey!

My name is Tashayla Williams. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who uses a person centered approach to assist you with meeting your identified treatment goals. I have worked with several populations including those who have been incarcerated, those with HIV and other life changing STDs, individuals who have experienced trauma, those struggling with alcohol and drug addictions, those with persistent mental illness such as bipolar and schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and personality disorders.

You are in control of your sessions! Whether we incorporate art, music, sports etc, we will work together to assist you with meeting your goals and living life in a way that decreases stress and increases support. I look forward to being a small part of your journey.
