Hey there! I’m Tabatha and I appreciate you stopping by. I want to take a moment to describe my background and approach to you in hopes that I am a good match and we can establish a strong working connection to address your struggles.

My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and my masters is in social work (both completed in the Boston area). I have been practicing in the social work field since 2007 and have had the opportunity to work in three state/government child and family welfare agencies in multiple capacities, a preschool with 3-4 year old children and in a community mental health agency completing diagnostic assessments and then moved up to the Clinical Director position. Along my social work journey, I have also worked with people from all different backgrounds who are struggling a wide variety of challenges.

I have an eclectic therapy style and sessions are person-centered. I believe that with you at the helm, together we can guide you through the challenge(s) you’re facing and in the process, you will have a better understanding about yourself and the way in which you interact with the world. I have experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, adjustment and life transitions and more. I am also honest and direct, frequently presenting you with some challenging questions so that you can take the opportunity to self-reflect and go inward.

I know finding a therapist to take this journey with you can be challenging, but I would be honored to work with you through this chapter of growth with you.
