I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have spent the majority of my career working at a crisis line. During my time working with individuals I realized at the heart of most issues is trauma. Trauma is a hot topic in the counseling field so lots of research has happened. What I love the most from all the research around trauma is that we can HEAL trauma. This is my passion. Most of us have experienced a traumatic event and all of us experience stress on a daily basis (because we are human). This stress and trauma impacts our brain, our bodies, our worldview. My goal is to help you heal your brain and body to lead to a happier, healthier, and more productive life.
