Hi, I really enjoy helping people that are trying to take control of their mental health. I specialize in depression. Most people at some point in their life will deal with depression. I strive to help my clients determine the cause of their depression from the root. I assist them in acquiring skills to help themselves daily overcome depression. I also specialize in assisting individuals that use their spiritual faith as a weapon against mental illness. Sometimes people just need enough information and tools that can be used whenever they need them. I enjoy teaching and educating my clients to learn how to manage their mental health after therapy is over. I am also here when people need someone to walk along with them through their situations until they can see the light of better days!
