I am licensed in Missouri with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I've worked with numerous clients to deal with many of life's issues.

I believe we all have what we need to take care of ourselves. Sometimes we have to dig deep to find those strengths and take the time to nurture them. Therapy is a process, and it takes time to make changes. My goal is to help guide you through those changes. One step at a time we will figure out what is needed to help you have a balanced life.
