Thank you for reaching out and welcome! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee, Kentucky and California. I am a graduate of Chapman University where I earned her M.A. in Psychology and recently completed a Doctorate in Psychology at California Southern University. I have been working with military families for the last twelve years and am a Marine Corps Veteran.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, riding my motorcycle, listening to books and gardening.

Areas of Expertise

I work with the family system, whether it is the individual, couple, children or entire family. I specialize in identifying patterns in relationships and helping clients achieve their mental health goals. When working with clients, I utilize my skills and background training in dialectical behavior therapy, parent child interactive therapy and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. My experience includes supervising new therapists, managing a crisis center, working as a counselor to active duty service members and their families as well as Veterans.
