About

I am a licensed professional counselor, certified addictions counselor level II and a certified school counselor who has worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for the past 16 years. My current role is High School counselor for the past 3 years in the metro Atlanta area. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Francis Marion University in 2006 and later received my Master of Arts Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in 2009. In 2022 I received my Educational Specialists degree in School counseling from the University of Georgia. I have worked in the outpatient and inpatient mental health settings and have worked with Georgia’s accountability courts as well as community centers and schools in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. Throughout my career as a counselor, I have had the privilege of working to help adolescent and adult clients achieve long term sobriety and recovery.
