About
Are you looking for a therapist who makes you feel like a person and not a diagnosis? Do you want to walk away from each session feeling closer to knowing yourself? if you answered yes, then I would like to introduce you to Tameka Bell. I am a Licensed Professional counselor in the state of Georgia with an emphasis in mental health counseling. I received my Master's degree from Mississippi College in 2013 and have since provided mental health treatment to a diverse population from adolescents to war veterans. I specialize in issues ranging from depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, stress and poor coping, grief, relational counseling, and familial stressors. Utilizing a person centered wraparound approach, I like for each client to take a seat at the wheel of life's car (their life) and bring along people, professionals, and situations that will help them to meet their goals. I regularly utilize the cognitive behavioral approach when assessing any client but will undoubtedly work within the therapeutic approach that best suits each and every client to help with their success.
