I am a professional counselor with certification in marriage and family therapy. I have enjoyed all 14 years of experience in the behavioral health profession. Throughout the years I have committed to working with client's on topics related to conflict resolution, communication, career challenges, anxiety, depression and adjustment concerns.

I believe in being present, kind, and compassionate. I am a warm and inviting clinician who focuses on your perspective. I enjoy using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused therapeutic approaches to create my style of engaging. I work from a strength focused model to develop goals that are unique to each client.
