Hi there, my name is Talena Odell and I am an LPC with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am licensed in the state of Oklahoma and have many years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families who are impacted by depression, anxiety, foster care, adoption, parenting issues, grief, trauma, and loss. I have many years of experience with the Child Welfare System and have three adopted children of my own. I have experience with children with special needs. I am very down-to-earth and nonjudgmental. My families tell me that they feel comfortable sharing their challengs and we work together towards goals to experiencesl successes one day at a time.
So, how can I help? Maybe life has not been what you expected and you feel a little bit beat up. Maybe it is time to find that help you have been looking for even if it is just having that someone that truly does understand what it feels like. I believe in a Holistic/ Integrative approach to healing, which includes mental, physical and spiritual healing.
