My therapeutic approach to counseling is person centered, behavior therapy, and solution focused therapy. My role as the therapist is to guide, support, and actively listen without judgment. My expertise is related to working with individuals with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress, lack of coping skills, and depression, etc. as it relates to career/vocational and post-secondary issues. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship that will cultivate an environment for you to work through whatever obstacles you are facing with clear and obtainable goals.
