Let me introduce myself, my name is Tabitha Hipp, and I am an LPC. I have been in practice since 2015 and have worked in several different mental health settings. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, personality disorders, and many others. I offer a warm and empathetic environment. What obstacles are you having the most challenge in overcoming? Do you find yourself feeling tired, depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed by life’s stressors? Are you struggling with substance use? Do you find that your mental health is impacting your physical heath, or your functioning in your daily roles such as work, school, or in your personal relationships? If you find that your mental health is not where you would like it to be then choosing to trust and work with a licensed professional such as myself can be one of the greatest steps on your journey to becoming a happy, healthy individual. I engage with clients who are seeking to improve their quality of life, using compassionate care. While I primarily use CBT techniques in my counseling practice, I am also familiar with and engage in theories such as mindfulness, solution-focused, person-centered, and others.
