Sydney is a loving practitioner who is passionate about helping others by providing the guidance and support necessary for personal growth. They assist their clients in finding mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. While also relying on their empathetic and intuitive abilities, Sydney uses a combination of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of their clients. Sydney’s foundational therapeutic approach is based in Art Therapy which includes other creative arts therapies such as music and movement. They use a combination of CBT and existential/transpersonal approaches along with psychoeducation, mindfulness/meditation and holistic practices. Their main focus is for her clients to experience overall healing through the use of these approaches as well as a collaboration and implementation of a personally tailored treatment plan.
