I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in Texas. I have been in private practice for 10 years. My clientele has presented with anxiety issues, grief, depression, relational challenges, parenting challenges, gender identity difficulties, OCD and ADD/ADHD.

My counseling style reflects a multi-disciplinary approach. I strive to create an environment where the therapist promotes genuineness, unconditional positive regard and empathetic understanding of the clients needs and goals. Counseling takes on a humanistic and goal oriented focus emphasizing individual success and connectedness with others. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Strategies to assist clients in replacing negative ways of thinking with positivity.
