For as long as I can remember, I have had an interest in physical and mental health and the connection between the two. What began as an interest soon became a hobby which eventually became a vocation. The goals of my personal and professional pursuits have always been multifaceted and interconnected. This meant different things at different times. Today, it means maintaining an approach to life that gives me the ability to manage stress as well as opportunities to increase the good times. As a young adult, it meant learning about and establishing personal values and healthy relationships. As a parent, it means having the physical endurance and mental focus to match my children's levels enough to enjoy and guide them. In my profession, it means expanding my knowledge to enable me to help a variety of people in a variety of ways. My approaches are researched-based but also practical and realistic.
