About

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist. I completed my Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of South Florida and my Master's in Mental Health Counseling through Argosy University. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addictions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD.

My therapy style is warm and interactive and focuses on the strengths of the client. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral, person centered and solution focused but most importantly, tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
